Introduction

How does it work
We do not stop at ensuring we have a highly redundant system we help to make you’re your system is improved. Firstwave continually monitors your primary MTA and if we detect any problem then we redirect your email to your disaster recovery site, where there is one, or start queuing your mail on our platform and send you an SMS so that you know there is a problem. Getting the information about a problem straight away allows you to fix it and get back to normal quickly and efficiently.
