How it works
Emails are encrypted as they leave your environment and are not unencrypted until they arrive at the desktop of the intended recipient. Only that person has the ability to view the contents. Encryption can be triggered by any feature of the email from the address it is being sent to to the contents of the email – you decide the policy and we take care of the rest.
The sender can initiate encryption through a wide variety of means, including email client plug-in, or using a code word (such as "encrypt") in the subject line. Emails can also be encrypted automatically through administrator-configured policies.
