Introduction
When someone asks IT to get an email which has “disappeared” it is normally an arduous task involving a difficult search through large volume email. Searches take hours, sometime days and often the end result is that the email can’t be found.
First Wave Email Archive has incorporated intelligent search so that you can easily pinpoint the required email or group of emails and then quickly replay this email to any destination.
How it works
An atomic copy of all received email is stored in the Firstwave Archive System. Our customer portal provides a search that allows you locate any email or group of emails stored in the archive. The same interface gives you ability to replay the original email or group of emails to the original recipient or other nominated destination.
