ESP™ Email Audit
A FirstWave ESP™ Email Audit tells you how your employees use your email system: The good and bad, legal and illegal, safe and dangerous; how much of their email is work and how much is non-work related -- and what it all costs your company. The audit also identifies possible security gaps that could count against you in court if you were charged with breaches of Australian security/privacy/company law.
How it works
FirstWave sets up the audit for you. There's no hardware to buy, no software to install, no bodies to hire and nothing that interferes with the speedy delivery of your email. You simply redirect your email flow through FirstWave's 'in the cloud' auditing system. ESP™ then captures copies of all your inbound and outbound emails for one month, checking for virus, spam and offences such as cyber-bullying or employees sending pornography to friends and colleagues. From your outbound email, ESP™ also identi?es any potential IP and data theft by employees.
